Net Zero with Biofuel 20
We are committed to achieving net zero biofuel through waste conversion. Utilizing resources from farmers’ fields could deprive people of food or agricultural potential, and that’s simply not acceptable.
Our net zero biofuel is produced exclusively from waste oils—this has always been our practice and will continue to be. To ensure the highest quality of our blends, we conduct independent third-party lab tests within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Minnah Fuad
Renewable Energy Project Manager
BIOFUEL PROJECT:
Minnah Fuad is a visionary leader behind the BioFuel Project, a transformative collaboration with Falcon Lubricants Co and the Saudi Grand Prix. Serving as Director and Renewable Energy Advocate, Minnah has spearheaded a dynamic operation that repurposes over 20,000 gallons of used cooking oil daily, sourced from a network of 25 restaurants. These contributions include notable partners such as high-profile chains and establishments in regions like Neom and Al-Ula.
Under her stewardship, the project converts this waste into advanced B5 and B20 biofuels, now powering Formula 1 logistics vehicles and reducing their environmental impact. By coordinating a team of 27 professionals, including chemists, engineers, and transport personnel, Minnah ensures every stage of the process—from collection to transformation—is executed with precision. Her work has redefined sustainable energy in the competitive motorsport industry.
OIL RECYCLING:
As Junior Chemist and Liaison in the Vision 2030 initiative, Minnah Fuad has been instrumental in advancing Saudi Arabia’s energy goals. Collaborating with the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, she has facilitated the collection and refinement of 15,000 gallons of raw materials from three oil refineries. These efforts result in low-sulfur oil that fuels a fleet of 300 vehicles and 68 transport trucks, providing cleaner alternatives for industrial transportation.
Minnah’s role bridges technical expertise and operational oversight, working alongside a team of engineers to uphold strict environmental and efficiency standards. This initiative not only demonstrates a commitment to sustainable energy practices but also strengthens Saudi Arabia’s path toward economic diversification and environmental stewardship.
Welcome to B20 BIOFUEL
B20 is a blend of our flagship pure B100 net zero biofuel with fossil fuel at a ratio of 20% biofuel, 80% fossil fuel. The most important effect of using biofuel is that it alleviates climate change by reducing emissions of carbon dioxide and equivalents (CO₂e). Using our B20 biofuel blend offers a 20% reduction in carbon footprint on a lifecycle basis. B20 is our fastest growing and most popular blend and offers a good balance between carbon reduction targets, cost, and performance. Some vehicle manufacturers are now linking new vehicle warranties to the use of B20 in an effort to incentivise vehicle and fleet owners to make the shift away from fossil fuels. B20 is a good way for vehicle owners to test the viability of biofuel before transitioning to B100 net zero fuel. To meet the emission reduc tion goals stipulated by the IMO in January 2020, our B20 marine biofuel also replaces conventional marine bunker fuels, enabling the maritime industry to become part of the solution to climate change.

Reduced maintenance costs-820 can help to break down and remove carbon deposits that build up in diesel engines. Without these deposits fuel injector valves don’t get clogged up, engine performarice is improved, there are fewer dirty yemissions, and fuel consumption is further improved.
Reduced replacement costs for parts and engines- 820 biofuel helps to actively prolong engine life by lubricating modern fuel injection parts which improves metai-to-metal contact, reducing wear and prolonging engine life. Independen tests show that our 820 biofuel improves lubricity by a minimum of 40%
